Hi Experts,
In SAP E Recruiting what are the standard functionalities available for assessment of candidates by line managers. Can managers also mark the candidates as Qualified or Disqualified & give subjective remarks which can be accessed by recruiter.
Please explain broad functionality & link to process steps if any.

Hello Puneet,
You can try to create a questionnaire with the relevant questions which manager should fill and then recruiter can create questionnaire type activity by sending the same to the manager.
Manager can access the same questionnaire and then can respond with the answers which Recruiters can find and can take decisions accoordingly.
You can create a process template and add the questionnaire type activity for the recruiters which they can use while creating the requisition.
Additionally, I think you need to have that manager added in the support group of the requisition
