Online Complaint Feedback Survey

Hello,

We want to record customer feedback of resolved complaints through SAP CRM.

Business Needs: A survey mail with an online link goes to the customer. Customer clicks on the link and record the feedback.

Expectation:

The contextual information is recorded in the survey without customer intervention. Example complaint number, customer id etc.

Also I would like to know the hosting option of the URL. We may expose the survey URL generated in CRM survey suite on CRM server. But it may have a constraint of user id and password that customer may need to enter. Also if we have one common user it may get locked with multiple logins at the same time. How do we avoid multiple responses?

It will be great if you can share some options to handle this in standard SAP CRM or your experience of managing a similar requirement.
