Display the decimal places of a Quantity key figure in BEx Analyzer correctly

Former Member

Hi experts,

I´m using a key figure with the data type (Quantity).

What are the setting to display the key figure in the second line correctly in the BEx Analyzer? In the BW InfoProvider (e.g. DSO) it´s correctly displayed.

Thanks and regards,

Michael

Hi Michael,

You can define in your customizing up to how many decimal places a specific unit is to be rounded.
You can check the actual settings for your units directly using table T006

   - MSEHI    -> Unit

   - ANDEC    -> Defines up to how many decimal places a value is to be rounded

Also RSADMIN parameter IGNORE_T006_ANDEC can be set to overrule specific T006 settings.

You can find more information on this topic in the following SAP notes:

442987 - Decimal places/rounding units of measure

866505 - Unwanted rounding of units T006-ANDEC

I hope this information helps you.

BR Bernhard

Hi Michael,

Seems to be value is rounding off in key figure, what is the data type you have taken for your key figure, if it is 'QUAN' type then it would take only 3 decimal places.

Try the Loed suggestion and let us know.

Thanks,

Vengal.

Hi Michael,

May I know the layout of your report? Please check this setting for your keyfigure..

OR

Check the format of the cells/columns of your keyfigure..

Loed
