Hello,
CC Version: 7.0.7.5.
Unable to change Users Wrap-Up status on CDT even after managing Wrap-Up in (SC-Quality):
1) User Settings Template-->Contact Settings
2) Users-->Contact Settings
3) Queue Management-->Queue-->CDT Settings
4) IE Cache is cleared and CDT reloaded, but no change in Wrap-Up status.
Also, is there any parameter to change Not-Ready to Ready status Automatically by setting a Timer in SC?

Not sure if you are using the Integrations VU, but OII interface, has two or three WRAP settings as well. As you maybe aware... you can uncheck the Autom Not Ready feature and the CDT will automaticlly be in ready when logged on.
