SAP BODS 4.2 SMTP error 550

Hello Team

We have installed BODS 4.2SP2 P1 in our new server (windows 2008).

We are trying the run the job in Designer with script to receive the email once the job is successful. Job is completed successful,However the email is not received and it gives the error smtp 550 .

I have provided the required information in Data server manager --> Miscellaneous tab.

Mail server name and mail sender has been updated in the above fields.

Let us know if any other configuration has to be done in the server to receive the email.

Check the mail address? Is it correct? Does it exists? The error means, not able to recognize the mail box/address.
