B1ic Dashboard Error (500 - Internal Server Error)

Hi all experts,

I was using 9.0 PL 05 and after upgrade to 9.1 PL05 I have got an error message when opening the dashboard: SAP B1iP detected an error:

Emitted HTTP-Code

500 - Internal Server Error

Internal reason

Did not supply an appropriate user-ID integer (Param6)

The integration services is running fine and connected I already checked the connectivity of B1DI and JDBC in SLD and both of them are ok.

May anyone help to tickle this?? Thanks

• Solution 1: Change the url to point to the correct company database. It should look like:
  jdbc:sqlserver://[Server]:1433;integratedSecurity=false;databaseName=[company database name];selectMethod=cursor
