Why e-mail is getting triggered for two different users,when it is not supposed to be.

Dear Experts,

One of the user (approver) is facing the issue that when an employee (requestor) applies for the leave, the e-mail gets triggered to him and it also gets triggered to his previous approver(approver's approver) as well, while it shouldn't be. This peculiar case is happening for only one of the user, whereas it is working absolutely fine with the other 15k users.

Please advise.

is there a delegation set.can you check any posibility for delegation here. Also is this a standard WF or custom.You should be able to get all the info from the WF.

Hi Surendhar,

Did you check, if this employee has shared employment (50% with one position & 50% with one other position)?  Also, check how the Manager is been fetched in the code.
