Is there a chance the attachment was deleted from the device after the transaction was created?

Hi Bill,

The issue does not seem to be with respect to attachments. Please see below screenshot. The user just logged into the server and he gets below error.

The user has to reset the client to resolve this error.

Is this screen shot from the initial sync on the device or this is after the initial load?

Have you tried reinstalling the Agentry client to see if that clears up the problem?   That would force it to us a new Application id.

This is during the delta load.

That is the current workaround that we have , to delete the app and reinstall it.

But, this way the user had to reset the client and he looses his data and also initial sync takes some time for synchronisation.

Any idea as to why this error should occur considering that the iOS should have this folder where the agentry app database gets created?

A few more questions...

Are you starting with a pre-built client database or clean client?

Are you using a branded client or the version from the App store?

Is this specific to one device / user?

Is there a chance the device is out of space?

Its a clean client without any pre-built client database.

Its a branded client since we are generating a PDF using OpenUI.

Not all the users are facing this issue. Until now 5 users have reported it.

Good point about device being out of space.I can check with the customer when issue reported next time.

Hi,

we experience the same issue.

Same error message, no storage issue and using the standard agentry push mechanism.

Only branding of the client, no openui attachments.

It occurs when getting separate attachments (angel lite sync).

How to resolve the issue?

Sorry, i did not understand when you said "It occurs when getting seperate attachments".

we haven't solved it yet, it also occured today.

We got the attachment flow running with the standard work manager app (latest version).

In this flow the user can decide to separately download the attachments when selecting them from the list.

In the action triggered from this selection a light angel transmit is triggered.

In this transmit we get the error.

Maybe the solution is in changing the Application Support to External Data in the fileData property?

We will try again tomorrow
