Request for quote creation with the carry forward quote.

Hi Experts,

I am Jyotesh i have recently joined in company as a fresher. I have been assigned with a project.I have to create SL & PL Quote for  employees both are 12 each.My client is having requirement like employee is eligible to take SL & PL only if he complete's his service of 1 Year in the company and both the quote types are carry forward quotes and the maximum quote that can be forwarded is 18. i have tried be by calling the date in the date spefication infotype. but i am not getting.

Kindly anyone help me.
