Leave status 'APPROVED' not displaying in RPTARQPOST program

hi ,

Manager have approved a Leave request in Employee self service.

But while running program RPTARQPOST.

I am not getting any leaves listed along w.r.t this employee 3XXX.

any idea why approved status leave is not updating in ECC program.

check who is the  appover for that employee in PTARQ> DETERMINE APPROVER

and check mass approval by giving manager id

The LEAVE is already approved by manager. but not appearing in RPTARQPOST program.

No, Leave request is still in APPROVED status,and not updated in IT2001.

Please check if the Payroll is released. This should be the reason ideally.

hi kalyan ,

i have checked with the payroll consultant . once unlocked i am able to view all the leave request. Question is why while running in Test mode RPTARQPOST program not displaying as Payroll lock.

Master data is not to be updated when the PY area is released. Hence it does not consider the corresponding PERNRs .
