EHSM Login / T.codes for Incident Management

Hi All,

I am a BW Consultant & got the requirement to develop the Incident Management Reports.

we have SAP standard Extractors for Incident Management to load the Data.

I want to know

1. I need to reconcile my bw report, what are the T.codes for Incident Management,

2. is EHSM is web based / SAP GUI based, if web based...how to login.

3. I have access to ECC where the EHSM is instaled, but I am very new & dont have Idea to login.

Please help me in this...since I dont have any functional consultant here.

Dear Shaik ,

First you will have to ensure you have EHSM roles asssigned to you(i.e SAP_EHSM_MASTER or customized role of it)

Second :once you login select Health and Safety->Overview where you would be able to see incident and incident reports ; also you can select analytical reports to viewing BI data

I have full access in Development system.............

I am not able to find the tcode for display the Incidents, Injuries, Actions..etc

plz guide me the steps to display the above......I am very new to EHSM.

Hi Shaik

If your using custom role make sure menus have been created for you to access

Std

/nnwbc-> Select SAP_EHSM_MASTER->Health and Safety -> Incidents

or table for incidents EHHSSD_INC_ROOT in SE11.

Hi Shaik,

I can try to answer few:

If you are using NWBC, try NWBC t-code and you will see new GUI in which you can access SAP EHSM, but you roles need to have PFCG roles.

EHSM is additional component that you can find in under SAP EHS.

Thanks for your Quick response, I can access to NWPC & I can see EHSM under Logistics.

Actual I want to display the Incident (T.code for Incident display) & Other Display tcodes for Incident Management where I can reconcile my BW data.
