SAP Contact Center (V 7.0.7.5)
Issue With Report: Daily Volume 4 has a Queue: ContactCenter_OperDir, whereas in SC nowhere this Queue is created.
Object: Queue ContactCenter_OperDir on Report: daily volume 4 shows statistical data (or may be in some other reports as well)
what's the purpose of this Queue: ContactCenter_OperDir? and why is it showing when its not even created in SC.

Hi
Oper_Dir is a virtual queue for direct calls to agents' extensions, as opposed to calls via service queues / queue numbers.
Most of the "operator direct call" settings are configured via user settings templates rather than using the queue configuration.
