Sale process by using REFX

Dear Experts,

Iam new to REFX module and iam having the following doubts..... request to guru's or experts in REFX module give me a clarity.....

1. What is the Cycle for Sale process and accounting treatment on Attachment file.

2. If iam using SD module...... can i use REFX also within same company code..

3. How can i track the PDC Cheques in REFX module and how it can be posted automatically to Accounts on time.

4. What is difference between Leased-In and Leased-Out....

Explain and give me a clear picture on REFX..

Dear Andre,

Thanks for your reply..... let me know the configuration steps for integration process between PS & FI. and tell me the steps for sale process after completion of construction. (Exp: there is a apartment construction for 1000 flats and out of which 500 is for sale and remaining 500 for company own fixed asset which may be used for own or rental)

And also please let me know.... how track for PDC Cheques and auto submission in to banks when date accrued.
