How to display Job family on SAP screens

I am relatively new to SAP. I have created a SAP relationtionship A450 using TCode PP01 to link job with job family. But the client now has a requirement of displaying the job family onto the SAP screens and bring it to the front end (rather than a background relationship) so that ir becomes easier for the HR admins to maintain it. Is there a way we can display the field Job family on to PPOME or PA30 screens?

Use HRTMC_PPOM, but you need Talent Management for this.

Check with your developer about enhancing IT0001 via transaction code PM01 to store Job Family as an 'Additional field', similar to what you see below:

Once you 'enhance' your standard IT0001, the 'Additional fields' section seen in my screen shot will appear at the bottom.
