Hi

Connection parameters: TYPE=B DEST=<Java Rfc client> MSHOST=gbwysap140 MSSERV=3251 R3NAME=q51 GROUP=PUBLIC PCS=1

Please check whether the above values are correct  in the destination system

Get the correct message server host and  port from transaction SMMS ( goto ->parameters )

Check whether a group "PUBLIC" exists as per transaction SMLG

Aldo check whether the destination system  details are enetered correctly in /etc/hosts file

Thanks ,

Manu

Hi Madhu ,

Did you check whether Group "PUBLIC" is there in transaction SMLG of the destination system ?

Also you would need to add the  Message server host name in /etc/hosts of the source .

Thanks ,

Manu

Hi Madhu ,

It Depends on whether you need to add anything new .

You may use also anything already present in SMLG  in your JCO RFC connection  ( instead of PUBLIC )

to ADD  ( in txn SMLG )  click on the create button

For Logon Group  enter PUBLIC

For Instance  Browse the value of your application server

If there are multiple application servers  you may need to redo the above  ( as many number of times  as you want any application server to become part of the group)

Thanks ,
