Personal address does not exist

Hi Gurus,

i am facing one issue t-code : BP

when i open the business partner in BP t-code i am getting personal address doesnt exist.

i am not able to open the BP eventhough the BP exists in BUT000.

please suggest.

Hi Guru,

Have a look in table BUT020 or BUT021 get the address numbers for that BP and have a look if the address number for the BP exists in table ADRC.

Is this a Dev system or Prod?

Hi Guru,

I had experience the issue which you are facing currently. the issue is happening due to inconsistency in ADCP and ADRVP table address data and relationship data.rest detail you will find in below sap note.

please implement SAP note 846390 and 842768 to correct the inconsistency.Your issue will be solved

Hi Guru

Try maintaining the Business Partner through the WEB UI instead of Transaction BP.

Try to set-up a valid address for the Business Partner there.
