HI Experts,

We are getting Bdocs stuck in SMW01 in CRM;

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_CLASSIFICATION_ATTRIB_VAL, BDoc type ATTRIB_MESSAGE.

I further analyzed and confirm that the Validation is getting failed because recipient is not maintained for BDoc type ATTRIB_MESSAGE.

Can you please suggest and confirm, how and where to maintain the recipient

Hi

You can check whether you are implementing Mobile Sales scenario as well.  Validation could be due to the activation of this module in the mobile bridge for Bdoc type ATTRIB_MESSAGE. You can check this in table SMW3FDCUST.
