Lost registration number

Based on my recommendation a local non-profit organization obtained a donated copy of Crystal Reports 8.5 through TechSoup. They have since misplaced the registration number of that copy.  What is the best means for obtaining either the previous or a new registration number?

Now, CR 8.5 is very, very old - circa 1998(?). This means that it is not supported and more than likely will not work on current Operating Systems. Additionally, it will not support recent databases either. E.g.; MS SQL 200x and on, Oracle released after something like the year 2002 and so on. I would highly recommend that once you are in contact with sale, you ask about an upgrade to CR 2013.

Thanks for your reply.  I had not realized the TechSoup donation in 2014 would result in such an ancient version!  I've forwarded your reply to the non-profit to see what they want to do.
