SAP CRM Fact Sheet - Last sales documents

Dear All,

I have set properly the the fact sheet for the Sales orders.

I set the last 15 documents in the ERP. But on the CRM Webui
there are some missing sales orders. Have you ever faced this issue?

For example, I can see the customer's order in March. But the next
orders are issued in last year. So the orders from February and January
are missing.

I tried to set the mentioned parameters. But it seems that note hasn't
solved my issue.

Hi Gábor,

Could you please try to use this badi CRM_BP_UIU_BT to change the max_hits of the number of the sales order, say 200, to check if the sales order can be displayed?

Also, do you have ACE sets in your system? If so, please implement notes 1463721 and 1453709.

Hello Julin,

We set this BADI before for 300. And the enhancement is in used,
I checked in debugging. There could be some other problem.

And it is weird. Because I can the Sales orders from March in 2015,
and orders from 2014. But I cannot see the orders from January
and February in 2015.
