adding list uibb to the main page of webdynrpo copmonent

Dear team i got webdynrpo requirement that is enhancing additional list/table using additional tab with two fields to the fpm application how to add additional list uibb to fpm application below image is eaxt requirement with delete icon please suggest me asap

one more thing this additional tab should be display besides already existing tab and when we click on the additional tab which should be display list uibb and in list uibb we have to ceate one delete icon to delete the entries from list uibb and to save the entries create one save button
