Send to Corel DESIGNER with Corel DESIGNER X6

Hi,

I'm using SAP Visual Enterprise Author v 7.0.0.54 (64 bit) along with Corel Technical Suite X6

I would like to know why I cannot use the command "Send to Corel DESIGNER button" to send a render in Corel Designer X6.

Is there any setting I have to modify in order to get it working (like in Corel Designer X5)?

Hi Marco,

Only guessing here since I don’t have Corel Designer installed.

If you have upgraded Corel Designer from X5 to X6 its probable that Author
will now have an incorrect path to Corel Designer. Reinstalling Author may fix
that.

Its is also possible that Author 7.0 does not support Corel Designer X6. You
may need to also upgrade Author to the latest version to get support.

thank you very much for the quick reply.

I think the first cause you said is dubious: I installed Author after having installed Corel Designer.

I dived in to the Author settings but I didn't find any path field pointing to Corel so far.

Even if it sounds pretty weird, maybe Corel X6 is just not supported,

Ok,

I guess this is an uncommon issue.

Just one last question: does anybody know how to change the SAP Visual Enterprise Author plugins settings?

I found the plugins path, which seems to be this one:

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Visual Enterprise Author 7.0\Plugins

I do see lots of *.x3d, *.dll, etc.. anyone knows which one is the Corel Designer one?
