ELM error in create TG

HI Guru

I am having issue with create Target Group while other steps have been executed successfully.

I have tried creating target group manually and it works fine. Can someone guide?

THe error that I get from ELM:

Usage does not exist
One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
No instance of object type MarketingProfileset has been created. External reference

Can you attach screenshot of the errors.

Also follow path : SPRO > Marketing> Segmentation > General Settings > Define Usage for Segments.

Check if the Usage ID is available in the customization.

Hi Lyn

Check that you have an External List Management "Usage" value configured in the ELM configuration under marketing.

Ensure you then use that Usage in the setup of your External List Management process.

Also check the Best Practice guide for the relevant Workflow for ELM to be activated

I didn't configure any usage. The only usage that I can find is under Marketing>Basic Data>Define Usage Types - I can't find any usage under ELM config path.

Workflow has been set correctly to General task.

Any clue?

i am not quite sure what has gone wrong, but I have managed to upload the file after debugging for awhile. It just works fine. Thanks for offering to help.
