Database reorg on client delete

Hi,

I have deleted three clients for my SAP system.Now I would like to claim that space. So kindly suggest what is the best way to do the same. Attached the screenshot of DB02.

Hi Shafi,

Generally that space is occupied for the next client to get created in that space area. So, can try with a Offline Reorg job via using BRTOOLS.

Hi,

Its a fresh IDES installation, I deleted a clients 809, 810, 811 & 812 through R3Trans command. Now I would like to claim that space.

Have you followed SAP notes suggested earlier by me ?

Hi Shafi,

If you export your DB and import again back, you'll claim the space.

Hello Shafi,

I see that you have Oracle DB. You would do export/import your Database with R3load.

Hi,

You could refer SAP Note   35952 - Client deleted, space still filled in database

& ll be nice to check this also   646681 - Reorganization of tables with BRSPACE
