Hi Shafi,
Generally that space is occupied for the next client to get created in that space area. So, can try with a Offline Reorg job via using BRTOOLS.
Thanks,
Kaushik

Hi,
Its a fresh IDES installation, I deleted a clients 809, 810, 811 & 812 through R3Trans command. Now I would like to claim that space.

Hello Shafi,
I see that you have Oracle DB. You would do export/import your Database with R3load.
