maintaining large number of entries for 8121 posting area

Hi All ,

I am facing issue  in  maintaining large number  of  entries for 8121 Posting area( FQCO) .

we  need to maintain 1000+  entries  from source  file  (Bill Item / key1 / key2 / key3 / Debit MT / Debit ST / Cred MT / Credit S-Trans ) in 8121 posting area instead of manual configuration.

Can you please  advise  on  this .

What should be done with those records?

What I mean, there are number of options what can be done and it depends what you want to do with those records. Did it will be inserting of new or it will be updating of existing or maybe delete records?

Thanks  for the response  .

I would  like to insert new  records  from source file  as manual configuration one by one  very time consuming source  file contains 1000 + records .

Hi Rahul,

My advise would be to use LSMW.

It is more convenient because you can maintain everything in excel and then just upload it.
