Hi Hamid,

in transaction "crmd_mktds" you can search for your specific Attribute List and define filters by right clicking the attribute.

Filters defined here should be visible for all users using the Attribute List.

Yes from the GUI transaction "crmd_mktds"  filters can be common across all users. But when user creates filters on segment modeler, these filter is not common to all user logins. How to make these user defined filters to be common across all the users.

Hi Hamid,

inside the WebUI only User specific filters can be created.

If you want generalized filters for every user, you have to define them in transaction "crmd_mktds".

Markus

Hi Hamid,

As suggested before

Filters created using CRMD_MKTDS transaction are global filters and are visible to generically to users across business role.

Whereas filters created using CRM WEBUI are user-specific. So only that user can access and work on it.

Would suggest you to create global filters using CRMD_MKTDS.

Hope this answers your query.

Anup

Hi Arden

Please find the attached screenshot.

The highlighted red box represents the filter value of the attributes. This is appearing only to user who defined it, not to the other users.

Hi Hamid

These are filters defined by the user and is working as intended by SAP.

If you want some/all of these to be available to all users, then you need to follow the steps from Markus.
