How to get dynamic Blank rows and columns in smartform

   I want balnk rows and columns lines smartform, and i see the attachment you can understand better, please answer me on priority basis its a urgent requirement

urgent is everything.. and we are not the official support or do you pay us? So please don't add those sentence in future.

Back to your problem.

You got two options to do so:

Add initial rows to an itab and do a loop with a prepared row. To add blank lines you can put a &space& into the text.

Second solution is to do it with a template. There you need to handle your data with a coding node and process it to the right position.
