SAP Standard Error Messages in CATS

     Could anybody tell me how to change CATS standard message "Erroneous Record exist. Navigation is not possible"

Hi Teja ,

Please check the below process:

Go to transaction SE91 - Message class CATSXT and There you have the option of creating new message numbers or change the message text.

Hi Teja ,

You have to check same t-code , SE91 --- click on F4 , enter *CATS and click on tick mark than you will get the below message class.

HRTIM00CATS	CATS Messages that Are Also Used in HR
MY_CATS	Message Class for CATS notebook
MYOBJECTSFORCATS	myObjects for the CATS Worklist

Hi Teja,

Check the message class- LR in same t-code.

Example - if you are going to execute CATS application , find out the program name and search "message", you will get the information on message type. double click on message number you will get a message  class.

Hi Teja ,

Find the below steps:

you are getting the error message right , double click on error message.

you will get a pop up window and click on technical information.

you can see the program name , double click on program and you can find out the message type in program itself.
