Hi Expert
We are using the Flex Segmentation Modeler on CRM 7.0 EHP02. This is not the High Volume Segmentation, just Standard Segmentation with the Flex.
While we are using new Flex Segmentation Modeler , Flex-UI performance is very very poor .
In some case we have some tables having only 5 to 10 records and yet the Flex Segmentation takes up to 10 minutes to perform count and a screen refresh when a segment attributes are considered for target group. Same issue when I Generate Target Group/Generate Model in Segmentation Modeler.
Has anyone had similar issues like this. Pleases help to resolve this issue.
Can anybody respond on this please.

Hi Hamid,
Can you illustrate a scenario where there is performance issue observed.
Are you using an custom Z-infosets or have enhanced any coding ?
Also what is your BBPCRM version ?

We have same issue like what Hamid is facing but even worst. Standard report (CRM_MKTTG_MGR_GEN_TG) is throwing dump at internal Table LT_ CDPOS. We could not find any relevant fix and have reported the issue but no reply from SAP yet. This happens in our production system. Is this a common error?

Runtime Errors TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED are generally due to memory/resource shortage in system. You can check below parameters & values are set accordingly in your system in all server instance profiles including your CI's .
em/global_area_MB 512
ztta/roll_first 1
abap/heap_area_dia 10000000000
abap/heap_area_nondia 10000000000
abap/heap_area_total 10000000000.
If required restart system and monitor if the dump persists.

Hi Hamid
When I encountered this issue I referred it to our Basis Team.
They had a work around which was to Bounce the server, about once a week seemed to work for a while.
From memory and I could be wrong they said they needed to perform a Kernal upgrade. Unfortunately I left the company before this issue was fully resolved.
My point being, have a chat with your Basis Team to get them looking into this as well.
