Hello experts.

Could you explain how to delete reward rule in loyalty program?

Hi Ayrat

Once the rule is made active it cannot be deleted, only set to a Status of "Finalised" / "Completed" (or something to that effect).

What I do to these is typically set these to have a display order either at the top or bottom of the hierarchy.

I then set the description to "Decommissioned"

So, when i set new status as "Finalised" / "Completed" will it not work, isn's it?

It will not delete it, it will just deactivate it.
