I would like to create a new reason for a member in loyalty program (fig.1 in application). I found how to create it in spro t-code but did not understand how to creatу new logic for new reason(fig.2) . zca1 is cureently work( i do not create it). i create just zca2 and give him workflow ws90000003 as in zca. Names of zca1 and zca2 are invisible here, because they are in russian.
I create a reason, start marketing company but after in the member i saw the name of zca1 and error sentence. Could You help me to make it work correctly?
