job error -cannot start job processor

HI,

I encouter an issue when i try to run a job which it keep getting error with the below operator message. Any thought on this error ?

Could you please provide detailed information of stderr.log & stdlog.log

C:\Program

Hi Reddy,

Sorry for the delay, there no such file exist in the specific path for the stderr.log & stdlog.log. Any idea what causing this issue which mention cannot start job processor.

Hello,

Most of the times this means that you do not have a correct Credential set. Do you have a Credential for user AMD\SAPServiceRWP?

This id have all required access and also we have set the credential set. Any thought what else could cause this issue ?

Hello,

Still very likely a problem with the credential lookup, it comes very strict. Have you made sure the Endpoint of your Credential is the same (case sensitive) as what is in the RemoteHostName parameter of the process server where this job is executed on?
