Hi,
Our financial Period is Arpil to March and we had gone live on 1.10.2014. Now management wants to bring data from 1.4.14 to 30.9.14 to Funds Management. (Only FI documents)
I have checked in test system and tried the following options
1. FMCN
2. FMCT
3. FMN0
After the above T codes , data was not appearing in FMRP_RW_BUDCON
as step 4 Executed FMAVCREINIT - Re-Initialize AVC Ledger and now data is appearing
FMN0 program help says, we have to take back of data. Is there any issue in executing FMN0 & FMAVCREINIT in Production system, when users are using system and its implications

Hi,
Execution of FMAVCREINIT can be essential, especially in FM environment with flexible budget structure and/or frequent reassignments. There is no risk in executing this program, though it is advised to do it, when the activity in the system is very low (during night hours). There are projects were this program is scheduled even on daily basis, just to avoid discrepancies. For more info, you can consult notes:
Note 725266 - Conditions requiring a re-initialization of AVC ledgers

Thanks Eli
What about FMN0. It says we have to take backup and all
Can i execute it in Production system

FMN0 is reconstruction of missing FM document. Why would you need a backup? Maximum, no document will be created. Unless, you want to delete existing data and recreate it. Then, if not backup, then exhaustive testing in Test environment would be essential.
