Hi All,
I am getting following error in my IC agent.
"Fixed value '* is not defined in domain CRM_MSGLEVEL"
When I log in to IC_AGENT role and verify customer, above message is displayed in 'Interaction record' work centre.
Can anyone please help??

Can you check in your user parameters, if you have defined any value for parameter CRM_USER_LEVEL?
