how to make "owning Context" field editable in change mode

Dear Experts,

As per standard behavior, in create mode only "owning Context" field is editable. once you save the recipe and open in change mode, "owning Context" field is not editable. our requirement is we want this field editable in change mode also.

Is there any standard way to achieve this functionality. or we need to do the development only.

Kindly suggest.
