Deactivate CRM_ICI_TRACE

Hi,

We have removed the user parameter  CRM_ICI_TRACELEVEL  from all the users where it was set. Now none of the  users has got this parameter set, but still we see data getting updated in  CRM_ICI_TRACES table  for different set of users.

Is there any other place also where we need to deactivate the trace?

Regards,

Sam

Hi Sam,

As far as I know that should be enough. Is there any chance that your users are still using the same CRM session that they've started before you changed the parameter?

Kind regards,

Garcia

Hi Garcia,

Thanks for the quick reply, In fact we have removed this parameter for the users few weeks back. But when we see the table its still growing.

Hi Sam,

Another guess: can you check within the users that are writing the last table trace entries, if they also have a user parameter CRM_OFFER_ENGINE activated?

Kind regards,

Garcia
