Hi Friends,

I have BO server and i have deployed this to internet when i view the dashboard i m getting error bellow

Could not log in to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise

but webi reports working fine.......................

Hi Niraj,

When i connect to VPN web service URL is working fine...............

if i disconnect the VPN , web service URL is not working over the internet.

As you said i checked but web service URL is not working over internet.

i have changed cross domain as true

Hi Mustafa,

No need to make any modifications in the crossdomain.xml file as this is not cross domain policy issue. You just need to configure the web service access URL in CMC such that it is accessible over the internet.

Tip: Use the same server/hostname in the Web service access URL that you use for accessing BI Launch Pad over the internet.

As explained above check whether the web service is defined properly.

Hi Mustafa,

Check the web services access URL that is defined under:

CMC >> Applications >> Web Service >> Right-click and select Properties

Since you are accessing the dashboards over  the internet, the web service URL should also be accessible over the internet.
