Hello BI experts,
More and more often our users have this pop up when they work hardly with BO (Analysis for Olap 4.1 SP Patch 5) and IE 11.0.9600.17691 :
In English, this means "Are you sure to quit this page?"
They specially have this message when the customize the layout and then come back to the prompt window.
But this message looks like random.
Do you have any idea to solve this annoying problem ?
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,
Nicolas

We are on 4.1 SP5 patch 1 and have the same issue but it is intermittent.
We are using IE 10 and IE 11.
One thing that seems to work for some is to do the following.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click Reset all zones to default level, and then click OK.
After you do this, test Internet Explorer to verify that it works correctly.
Hi,
Such error message can be caused by many different errors, usually occuring in Web Application server tier. That explains why a given SAP Note related to this exact error is likely to correspond only to a subset of root causes leading to incorrect behavior.
I would advise creating a ticket with SAP Support, and provide maximum details possible to facilitate investigation. These details would be : output from javascript console (available in browser developer tools), a HTTP packet recording of scenario if reproduction is possible, end-to-end traces for scenario execution (also if reproducing error is possible in a deterministic way), some screenshots and explanations about Analysis for OLAP workspace content and scenario leading to popup.
Best regards,
Loic
