Unable to create sap system object in netweaver portal 7.4

Hi,

From the system administration --> system landscape--> portal content--> new system, I am not getting templates to create new sap system.  I have checked from the pcd inspector,those templates are there in the folder.  Any other way to re import the templates from Sap ?

OR  any solution? Please help.

Hi Syam,

Have you checked the default trace file? What error is thrown after reproducing the issue? You should check note 1709737, do you experience any of the other issues described? It may be worth redeploying EP-RUNTIME and if that doesnt help then ensure that the latest patches for your core portal components listed (under option 2) are applied.
