No data in KPI but available in Drill option - SSM

Hi All,

I am working on SSM 10.1 SP 3.

I have loaded data in SSM through BICA and data is successfully loaded.

when I attached measures to KPI and see the scorecard, I am not able to see any data in KPI and No score is Apearing, but when I clicked KPI and saw in Drill option, I am able to see data.

I am attaching Screenshots.

Please help.

Rahul,

Firstly I would suggest you update to the latest version! SP03 is very old now and a number of valuable enhancements have come in since then and as with all earlier releases it will still contain a number of issues that have now been resolved.

The behaviour you describe is typical of a problem with consolidation. For what ever reason the final consolidation to the result level is not taking place. I suggest you look at the consolidation process in PAS to trouble shoot it.
