BRF+ structure can't be up to date if DDIC was changed

Hello Experts,

A BRF+ structure is binding to a DDIC standard structure, in our project we appended this DDIC structure, but the BRF+ structure can't be update after clicking "refresh binding" button. Please check below pictures.
