How can we connect BO and Social media ?
What are the tools (Ex- Lumira, Webi, etc) can connect ?
Is there any best practice available ?

Hi - there are several utilities to export from social media to Excel and then use Lumira
Also SAP's Data Services can help parse twitter posts.
