Access error during TG send to channel via marketing campeign automation

Hello everybody!

Marketing campaign automation is made on workflow engine and executed under WF-BATCH user. WF_BATCh has SAP ALL profile do there are no problem during any step of workflow execution.

In case of sending TG to Channel step problems we advise business users to re-launch this step again by pushing EXECUTION MONITOR>RETURNS button.

If user has SAP ALL permissions it works all right, it is able to finish this step succesfully. But in case user has other permissions, the errors below occurs (Disk access failed to package)

We checked SU53 and ST01 traces, assign all appropriate objects but it doesn't help. Any ideas how to solve it?

Hi Katya,

This error is due to the creation of CSV file failed. I'm no sure 100% it was caused by the authorization of the dialog user. In other situation like the path or file name invalid will also get the

error.

You can try the authorization objects S_DATASET, S_RZL_ADM, S_PATH.

The final way if you are comfortable with debugging. Go to CL_CRM_MKTHV_DISK_ACCESS~GET_CSV_WRITER, you will find the technical detail behind.
