Portal Runtime error when opening content Admin

Hi,

When I tried to open content management under system admin then it is giving Runtime error.

So please check below screen shot and give some suggestion to slove this issue.

Hope you are doing good.

Nice to hear from you again.

Kindly run the web diag tool as outlined in SAP Note No. 1332726-Troubleshooting Wizard SAP AS Java 7.20 and above with incident "General Security" and reproduce the issue.Clear all the cache before starting this. Start the web diagtool from the time you login to the engine and make sure that the number of clicks are kept to the minimum and let us know the time and the 'user' employed. Run this on server node 0 (check note 1589567). Attach the results to the thread  and we can check it for you.

HI Hemanth,

Thanks For quick response,

I have taken the General security trace in that trace i found 2 errors. i attaching the screen shot of those errors so please look into those errors and guide me accordingly i will follow to solve this issue.

Please see note 1866966 - 'http://inqmy.org/sax/features/read-dtd' is not recognized and deploy the patches mentioned using any tool mentioned in sap note 1715441.
This will solve the issue.
