Hi Arun,

ASAP is procedure which many company followed for implementation sap project,but not mandatory and as a functional role in any project it depend on which phase client or implementation partner hire you.Many project functional consultant involved from blue print phases up to go live support phase.Also some cases functional consultant involved in testing and create different documentation for project.Now HCM is SAP tool which is basically used in managed companies head count data. I thing it will help you.

Hello Arun,

are you asking about role of HCM expert in a project? Note that some HCM projects - the ones in SaaS deployment model - use SAP Launch methodology for deployment of the solution. These include SuccessFactors in the HCM arena (and also Ariba and other SAP's SaaS soulutions).
