Field Value can only set for one time

Hi Dear Experts,

I'm new in CRM development. There is an issue in our webui, the filed in the window page can only be set value when we create it, the next time, when we modify  the value, well, it enable us to modify the value, however, the orignal value will cover the new value that we tried to give. I check get_v , it seems well.  Could anyone give me any hints? What kind of method I may need to have a look. Thank you so  much.

Actually it is disabled to edit when I click the button edit, however, the filed is grey and unable to change, I set the rv_disabled = 'FALSE'. But when I change the value, it will keep the orignal value. So stranger......
