Analaysis Authorization not able to assign in Bulk After Transport

Hi,

We had a recent upgrade from SAP BW 701 SP Level 05 to 15 we are facing the below.

We have created the Analysis authorization (AA) in Dev and promoted to Quality system. After promotion we cannot assign the newly promoted AA's in bulk to users, but could able to assign single AA to the user.

I mean in T-code RSU01 if u try to assign multiple newly moved authorization by multiple selection option it is showing the newly moved authorization doesn't exists.but it you try to assign the same one by one single AA by insert option it can be assigned.

One more point on this is if you open the newly transported AA's in T-code RSEAUTH and come back and try to assign the multiple selection in T-code RSU01 it can be assigned.(newly transported AA's should be opened once in RSECAUTH if u want to assign the AA"s using Multiple selection in RSU01).  

Any solution on this is much appreciated.
