I check the HTTP RFC is correct, the SPRO the maintain system (Uri and Url)and role, the restgui service, the pfcg /PERSOS/ADMIN_ROLE and

/N/PERSOS/ADMIN_UI, the whitelist and the configuration check it's ok.

Any suggest? Please!!!

Hi Andrea,

I assume your Screen Personas system and the target system are the same. Since your system does not have SICF_SESSIONS, run the transaction SSO2 to verify if your SSO has been setup correctly. If for some reason, you are not able to get SSO to work or do not want to use SSO, go to SICF -> persos_app -> Logon Error Pages and change the setting from 'System Logon Page' to 'Explicit Response Time'. This setting will use basic authentication and will show a popup to the user to input the credentials.

i try to set SICF -> persos_app -> Logon Error Pages and changing into Explicit Response Time and now is working.

But it's strange because i have i dev. system this configuration and it's working fine.(System Logon Page)

In the meantime i have apply sapnote 2026487

Hi Andrea, it is possible that in the dev system, the SSO configuration works fine and Personas is able to use the authentication data.

Have you set these parameter ??

  1. login/accept_sso2_ticket     =             1
  2. login/create_sso2_ticket      =             2
  3. icm/HTTPS/verify_client       =             1

Please, maintain the hostname with FQDN as for example

icm/host_name_full=test.sap.com

and deactivate the SICF service and activate again ...

and check SMICM port using correctly 8001 or 8000

and set the below parameter

icm/server_port_0=PROT=HTTP, PORT=8001, TIMEOUT=900, PROCTIMEOUT=180

after this set the hosts entry  IP address with FQDN

then restart the instance and try

goto tcode SICF and check whether the service persos_app is active or not.

Also, check whether you are giving personas authorization to your user

And don't forget system assignment to your user

persos_app is active, i have the autorization also in pfcg (see role /PERSOS/ADMIN) and in /N/PERSOS/ADMIN_UI user and roles...(ADMIN), in group ADMIN i have assign SID and USER.

I try to restart restgui and verify the service.

http(s)://<host>:<port>/sap/persos_app?V_ACTION=GetProfiles&V_MODE=Read

paste this in your browser and what do you get?? change your protocol/host/port

and have you run the configuration check tool from personas admin->tools?

Goto SPRO --> SAP Screen Personas > Maintain Whitelist URLs

There you'll see Maintain Whitelist URLs. There I simply added the hostname of the server our personas was on.

You can also just implement note 2016378 which resolves the issue as well

Implement all the below notes mentioned

201637

2016378

2026487

After that go to Tcode - SICF_SESSIONS

Activate the client in which you are running personas

i have already maintain the whitelist, sorry but SICF_SESSIONS not exist.

i have already implement also the sapnote 2016378

hello,

if your installation is upto date and configurations are correct, but still having issues, then opening a CSS message is the next thing you should do.
