Problem with KM

Hello SAP,

When login with my user i have this error,

The news in KM dont load properly.

I check this configuration,

1. Click on: System Administration -> System Configuration

2. On the left, choose: Knowledge Management -> Content Management

3. Select: Global Services

4. Click on: Show Advanced Options

5. Look for: URL Generator Services

6. Click on the: Edit Button

7. Change: Host -> http://host:51000

Assign servers

Hi Victor,

Hope you are doing good.

The error is not in English .


Kindly run the web diag tool as outlined in  note 1045019- "Web diagtool for collecting traces" with "Security" -> "All" (or using SAP Note No. 1332726 if you are on 7.1+) and reproduce the issue.

Clear all the cache before starting this.Attach the trace to the thread and we can check this..

Error in english

access rejected
The object you are trying to access requires authorizations do not have. Refer to the owner of the object or reponsable system, in order to obtain the necessary authorizations.

Great. Just for the sake of isolating the issue, can you try with an Admin user and the PCD locations should have enough permissions. If the issue persists, run the diagtool as this will gove us more detailed information on the error.

Hi Victor, you can get the PCD link from the diagtool (or the default traces or the iVIEW details) and then navigate to systen configuration -> PCD and check whether required access has been given for the folder/role.
