How to launch ERP transaction in CRM Web UI with the help of Transaction Launcher?

Hi Experts,

Can anyone guide me how to launch the ERP transaction in CRM Web UI with the help of Transaction Launcher. I have an idea about to launch Middleware transactions like SMW01 and SMQ1 etc. within the Web UI. Thanks in advance.
