Strange issue for Inter-company STO @ SLoc level

Dear SD Experts,

Kindly find the required data for analysis purpose:

Plant 1:1000  SLoc:1000   Company code:1000 Intracompany configuration done @ storage location for plant1&Sloc document type UB

Plant 1:1000  SLoc 1001   Company code:1000 Intracompany configuration done @ storage location for plant1&Sloc document type UB

Plant2:2000 SLoc:2000 Company code:2000 Intracompany configuration done@ storage location for plant1&Sloc document type UB 

For Intracompany everything is working perfectly.

Requirement Inter-company configuration between Plant1 1000 Sloc 1000 CoCo 1000 and  Plant2:2000 SLoc:2000 Company code:2000 so following

configuration done:

Apart from intra-company configuration only Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule According to Storage Location node is configured with Doc type NB Delivery type NLCC and checking rule for Plant 1:1000  SLoc:1000   Company code:1000 not for Plant 1:1000  SLoc 1001 Company code:1000

Note:Intercompany configuration @ Plant level is already available in system but client want it at Sloc level so only extended at SLoc level and Defined Shipping point depending upon Storage location.This is already done for intracompany only difference is delivery type:

NLCC Replen.Cross-company L Storage-Location-Specific Shipping Point Determination

As per requirement STO can be created for  Plant1 1000 Sloc 1000 CoCo 1000 and  Plant2:2000 SLoc:2000 Company code:2000

Issue:

System allowing to create STO between Plant 1:1000  SLoc 1001 Company code:1000 & Plant2:2000 SLoc:2000 Company code:2000 even Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule According to Storage Location node is not configured for Sloc 2000.System should not allow as there is no checking rule assigned but still ATP is being carried out and we can save STO(Inter-company)

How you concluded that ATP is being carried out? How did you check that?

Hi Shiva,

I can see "ATP is being carried out" message in Status bar and one more reason stock is null in Supplying Plant/SLoc so it is giving error only 0 quantity is avaible.

My question is apart from ATP why system is allowing to create even a inter-company PO?

Is this beacuse for intra-company configuration system is getting all shipping data???????
